This tank worked the first time I used it. I had problems with other sellers, their tank did not work. The packaging looks like it is original product. I'm very happy with the tank.

I needed an extra tank for the old tank I had, but I made the foolish choice of selecting the returned version of this tank (used). As such I found out that some customer before me had purchased one, and substituted their old tank and sent it back to Amazon. The reason became clear when I used the tank, as the tank leaked more than my old one. I returned it, and purchased another tank at full-price, which in my humble opinion is a tad bit expensive, but the new one worked like a charm. I, unlike the prior Amazon customer who decided to take the unfair avenue and return their old leaking one, disposed of mine in the garbage.

So I ordered this because we lost our tank. No idea were we put it so we ordered this thinking when it comes in we will be able to use our mop again. Well it comes in and the tank looks good but there is no cap on it. So it can not be used until we buy a cap. Do not buy if you need both parts.

This water tank is not recognized by my Braava mop. If you need a new tank buy direct from Roomba.

After only one month of using it, the water leaks all over and has damaged my vacuum/mop
