The bracket that comes with this print head is different on the ZD620 so I had to take it apart to get to the print head, which is the silver piece in the picture, the grey piece is the bracket I removed since it would not fit on the 620 printer. I knew that this listing is for a ZD420 so I took a gamble since the ZD620 heads are twice the price of this one that is listed. I did a little googling and it told me it should work.So grab a Torx #9 bit and remove the top cover and then remove the print head. Then, remove the bracket on the printer, unplug the print head, then reassemble and print.For the price it was a great deal and it arrived in 3 days so all is well.
