Nice fan. Well made heavy metal stand and basket for fan also isn't plastic. Love the airflow and quietness. I gave 5 stars anticipating it will last at least as long as my plastic fan's. Easy to assemble. You will need a Phillips screw driver and 2 AAA batteries for remote.I'm very satisfied with purchase but will review again if the fan stops working or becomes noisy or rattle after awhile

Wow, these fans move some air, even on the lowest setting, they create a cooling breeze. This might be too much for folks who just want a little airflow. But when it's 110+ degrees outside and you're AC is working to keep inside below 85, these fans make it all more bearable. Having these has made the summer here in central CA much more bearable. I have one set up at my cycle-trainer to keep me cool during workouts but also to mimic riding in the wind :) These run very quietly, the remote is functional not fancy. Great product, great value.

These are excellent fans for a good price. They push a lot of air and you still have three speeds. They really do help cool down a room. Best fans like this I've ever used even compared to larger pricier brands and models. Just be careful not to bump into the pole and stand it isn't super sturdy and will bend easily at the bottom where it attaches and then it can't be fixed. If you don't bump into it the construction is good enough to last a while.

I love the sound, look and size of this fan! It keeps me cool, is so easy to use and having the remote makes it so convenient. I would highly recommend this fan!!

These fans both are an Excellent buy and they work Fantastic! They are strong, have multi settings and oscillates with remotes included. Great Buy!!!*requires assembly

So simple to put together. The fan is the quietest I have ever heard from a fan. Of course you're going to hear noise, but that's because the fan is working! I can easily sleep with this. The remote control I was able to use from over 15 feet away. The remote requires AAA batteries not included. The fan knob is a reverse thread. Turn clockwise to loosen and counterclockwise to tighten.

Two fans, whicha are similar to other you have probably put together. Assembled both in about 30 mins. Works great and not too loud. Moves a lot of air.
