Non-invasive Detection
The pinless wood concrete moisture meter uses the sensitive sensor on the back to measure the moisture value of the measured object without leaving traces.
Automatic Shut Down
The pinless moisture reader will automatically shut down if there is no operation within 5 minutes after starting up.
Alert Range Settings
The alarm threshold of the wood moisture meter can be freely set according to your desired softwood, hardwood, wall and masonry moisture.
Lock Moisture Reading
Press the "HOLD" button to lock the moisture value of the current measurement object.
Warm Tips
- Please be away from high temperature, humidity, corrosive gas or objects.
- Please avoid dropping or impacting the instrument.
- Do not disassemble the moisture meter to prevent malfunction.
- If dirt or dust is on the moisture reader's surface, please clean it with a dry sponge or soft cloth.
Set Moisture Alert Range
Press the DENSITY button to enter the moisture alert value setting page.
Select Scan Mode
Set the mode to read whatever material you need to scan (Wall/ Masonry/ Softwood/ Hardwood).
Scanning
Place the device on the material's surface for a few seconds (make sure it is stable).
Read Value
Read the moisture content on the LCD and press the HOLD key to hold the reading.

Bought to test wall moisture after pipe leak. Not too hard to figure out how to use, although a "dummy's guide" on how to use it on a wall would have been nice. Cannot verify accuracy, but the inclusion of a calibration board implies the design team took steps to ensure accuracy. Features meet my use case perfectly (pin mode to measure moisture of wood and drywall). Exceeded my expectations for a

This works pretty well, handy to have on hand if I'm unsure about some wood, I'll just use this.I'd rather not burn wet wood as it is far less efficient and can build up creosote in your chimney.The only minor complaint I have with this, is the cap on the top prongs isn't the most stout.I haven't broken anything else on this yet, but when I first got it, I snapped off a tab that holds the top on while trying to remove it to test using the manual prongs.Could have been a better design or more sturdy in that regard.

Bought this on the advice of a contractor friend when trying to pinpoint the cause of some residue on interior plaster walls. We took this all over the house, testing various locations to see where we might have moisture problems, and it accurately showed several spots we suspected. I know this will come in handy to have around in the future. Well worth the purchase!!

Not sure how well it really works. I just used it five or six times for a few minutes and then the battery died. When the battery died the display would only be on for a second so I couldn't really tell what the problem was.

It seemed to work as advertised. I went to use it today, and it won't power on. When I press the power button the screen will come on, but only while the power button is pressed. It will not detect moisture while the power button is pressed.

The meter works very well. I am a woodturner and having the ability to check the moisture without leaving pin marks is why I bought this meter.

I had a water leak and this machine was really helpful. I was seeing 20% humidity and then I dehumidified for a few days and things got back to normal at 8-10% roughly. Really happy!

Item arrived today without battery or a manual/instruction sheet. Just the meter in a box that was previously opened. It appears it was already used and returned and it’s going back again!
