This griddle is a huge time-saver! It’s big & heavy (just as expected). Works wonderfully on our outdoor grill. Thick sirloin is cooked evenly & remains juicy & not dry.We also tried it on a glass stovetop & cooked pancakes, eggs, & turkey bacon on it. Nothing stuck to the griddle after seasoning it & adding oil/butter. It heats up pretty evenly. Easy to clean & store away. For the price & quality, I’m happy with it!

This griddle is amazing. Just the right size! I purchased it for my husband for his birthday. He made smash burgers on it tonight in our Pit Boss pellet smoker/grill and we are so happy we have it! Heats up quickly. Doesn’t stick. Easy to use! Would recommend!

Very nicely constructed. I will keep it because it is a hassle to send back but honestly the product is far too small and irksome to use. Normal size bacon hangs into the grease trap.

This Pit Boss (grill-griddle) Tray is expensive but also extremely high quality. If you grill out a lot...and aren't a fan of having to eventually (thoroughly, seasonally) clean your outdoor grill of all the grease, this product is worth every penny. It reminds me of the old "George Foreman Grill". It contains grease and easily allows for good "runoff" of that grease. It will preserve your outdoor grill. Clean up is far more simple. This grill tray can even be flipped over, seasoned and used for making outdoor pancakes. This is a high quality, high end product...and the price reflects that. Having said that, it will last for years, perhaps a decade or longer. It kind of transforms your less expensive propane outdoor grill into a higher end, higher capability outdoor grill. For me, it's just nice to contain runoff grease and simplify the clean up process, not to mention preserving your basic outdoor propane grill. It upgrades your grill and also opens up other outdoor grill menu options.
