My original flusher on my upstairs toilet had a plastic arm that went in the toilet. It broke from age. That's partly why I chose these. They have metal arms. I also really like the look of the handle. It's a lot sturdier overall and makes the toilet look nicer.It took me 2 minutes to swap 2 toilets. That's how easy it is to install. I used an adjustable wrench to get the plastic nut off and to tighten the new one. Reverse thread on these is all you really need to know to make install easy.

Great replacement for the standard flush handle. Our toilet tank has less depth than the average and so the handles with the plastic arms don’t work, they interfere with the filler. This one has the single metal rod which can be bent, turned and cut. Didn’t have to make any adjustments. It installed in five minutes, done! Perfect! Nice quality, heavy, looks great!

I bought another brand of toilet lever that also had good reviews and that was four dollars cheaper than this one. That lever broke as I attempted to install it, it fell apart, and when I attempted to reassemble it, pieces broke off.This lever - what a dream! High quality metal lever, solid and with a heavy feel. It looks and feels much classier than the cheaper lever. It took me longer to cut it out of its clamshell packaging than to install it. The instructions were clear and the installation was straightforward. I have no idea how well the metal rod will stand up to the long immersion in toilet water, but for 12 bucks I'm ok if it doesn't last 20 years. For four dollars more expensive than the cheapie lever that falls apart, this lever is definitely worth it.

A good replacement or even better that what we have before. The nickel design compliments our door knob. This is also function very well and looks and feels sturdy. The only drawback that i noticed is that you cannot fully open the bowl sit for the male person to do #1. you need to either hold it or shoot with the sit dow. The ultimate solution is to adjust the water tank backward.

Its a very well built solid product. Easy to install, sturdy and great value for the money. I'm replacing another in a separate room later in the week.Out of the box, its ready to be used as angle mounting. Which is what I needed it for. The box itself says it can be used side, angle and front mount. Using at an angle its as easy as removing and replacing the old one. My old unit was replaced twice but flush handle inside angled at a 2-3 o clock closer to the water tub, making latch onto the flush valve or get caught by the water drain area. After install, It hugged the wall of the unit perfectly and giving me room to adjust the chain itself. It comes with a tool if you need to remove the inside metal bar to flip it, like the video shows.What I like the most its silent, instant pull, and stays lifts and drains the water fully. Its not wobbly and the handle has not moved around in 1 week. If you see the inside image, it has a base thats plastic making it cushioned, which holds the metal in place. Have no complaints, and it looks better than cheaper model with some weight making it feel premium

Being the type of person who thinks almost everything available to purchase anymore is trash, I had to write a review about this handle. Firstly, as others have said, the handle is solid metal and heavy.My next concern was due to a review I read about the handle not seating properly against the tank. This handle sits as close to the tank as it should. The space is engineered to avoid conflict with the porcelain tank. With the tank lid off I can see a small bit of the white plastic shroud if I view it from a 90 degree angle. With the tank lid on it is invisible for me. If you have a dark colored tank with a lid that has the same profile as the tank instead of the traditional style that extends slightly past it, this may bother you if you find yourself drawn to such things as the back side of a toilet handle. If this describes you, it may be an easier task to paint the inner shroud of this one with plastic paint the color of your tank as opposed to finding a handle made otherwise.Lastly, I was very pleased with the mechanical design of the handle’s internal parts. The design of the arm and chain connector allowed me to connect the chain directly above the flapper connection point with 1/2†of slack as a good plumber would.In conclusion, I was very happy to throw away the cheap feeling, poorly aligned, plastic handle with a polished nickel cover I was able to find at the big box store for close to the same price as this item which is everything this exacting weirdo expected from a commode flush handle.

Thid is the nicest handle I have ever had on my toilet. It is all metal, inside and out, and it almost matches my sink faucets exactly. It is very versatile, working for front, angled and side mount locations. It has a nice spring return when you flush I will replace the other handles in my house with this when they break (plastic inside and out on the OEM handle).
