I have been working from home since March 2020. My headsets have evolved over that time from wired earbuds, to a wired headset. I went wireless in 2022 to try it, I bought a $20 headset that was worth $20. Love the concept, hated the range and dropped connections. I splurged on myself this year on the Poly Voyager 4310 with USB dongle. I am so glad that I did. The headset is a dream, ultra comfortable on my ear, great sound, amazing microphone, and the battery…wow! The range is unlimited within all three stories of my 4 br 2 bath home. I have seen on my last headset that 90 ft was not 90 feet, but I believe this one when it says 120. Basement, second floor, I have complete freedom of mine ent with this connected to my laptop in my office on the main floor. I am a government employee on a hybrid team spread across the country and world, I can spend more than 8 hrs in a day in Teams voice/video calls. I have not had one issue with battery life, after 8 hrs it still registers “high†(yes it talks to you). The one limitation I have is that sometimes the mic boom’s mute button only works the headset, and sometimes it mutes Teams and the headset both. This is most likely because I cannot install the software on my government laptop, but the headset tells me when I am and am not off mute, so there is never a question! If you are on the fence, hit order. This equipment is a dream…you’re welcome!

I lead a Customer Service team and we've been having issues as our reps share large offices, but we do not have cubicles. Complaints from customers that they were having trouble hearing reps over other reps, or that they could hear other conversations more clearly than their rep were fairly routine.I tried deadening the office with acoustic panels, and that seemed to provide little improvement. Out of desperation, I began looking for alternative headsets that might provide a good solution. Another brand I tried offered no improvement. I've always been a fan of Plantronics (Poly), even though I felt like I got burned with a previous solution they offered. I saw a video of a woman using the Voyager 4310 with a crying baby in the room, and you could barely hear anything. This led me to give them another try. I purchased one and immediately upon testing it with one of my reps was blown away by the ability of this headset to filter out ambient sound. We tested it right next to a TV with two other reps having a conversation in the office. As the caller, once in a while, I might hear a sound but 98% of it was non-existent. I immediately upgraded the whole team to these Voyager 4310s. They were truly the solution to our problem.As a side note, they come with a USB BT receiver. I was unimpressed with the performance of that receiver. I found that pairing these directly to our MacBooks via BT ended up working way better than the included USB receiver. Even though Poly recommends using their receiver, I found I had only about a 20 foot range with it, whereas I had around an 80-foot range when paired directly to my MacBook.As a call-taking headset, this is top of the mark in my opinion. The sound quality for music is B+ it just doesn't have much power, and that's the only negative I have to say about that. We didn't get them for listening to music though.

Purchased two Voyager 4310 UC headsets. Installation and operation is difficult. The app is worthless, no adjustments for sound on the app. These headsets have very poor sound quality. Customers always had a hard time hearing clearly. Tried to work with these headsets for just over 30 days without success. Since it has been greater than 30 days, Poly will not refund my purchase. If we are having problems with both of the headsets, replacement of the same unit will not fix my problem. When I contacted Poly, Disha put me on hold for +40 minutes without returning. I hung up and called back. Melvin, Jipson, and Serjio were no help at all. Poly will not stand behind their product! Other reviews mention the same problem.I changed to the Leitner LH570 headset, and their customer service and sound quality been excellent!

I bought these because other wireless headsets seem to disconnect and not work well with my work system. These are worth the price especially since in the past they have not had an affordable price point for wireless. These stay connect and work so well. Sound is clear I have a good walking distance and no wires

I work from home and have a baby. People can still hear her, specially when she’s crying. People also have trouble listening to me when I answer the calls. They say I sound far away. I have to put the microphone closer to my mouth. The microphone is short, doesn’t extend. It is very comfortable, doesn’t squish my ears.

Unbelievably effective at cancelling out room noise to person you are speaking to can’t hear it. I played music on my computer speaker loud, right next to me, and person on phone could not hear it.I use these with my TV at night so don’t wake family. Excellent sound quality.One issue. I must turn off cell phone when pair this with TV and again when pair with computer. They both think it is a phone. So messes up pairing.To pair, tien the headset on, then pause, then slide the on switch to the end stop. Hold it there. It will announce pairing. Keep holding it in pairing position until computer recognizes it. Before using with TV, unpair from computer and phone.These are so comfortable I often forget I’m wearing them. They can be switched from left to right ear, and the boom Mike will swing to where needed.I carry these in my car on long trips. They completely block out background noise.

Purchased 2 headsets for 2 of my office ladies to use. They tell me they work well. Comfortable to wear and can move about the office and home without losing signal.I bought another one a couple weeks later for my newest customer service lady starting ing this week.

Batteriet är toppen, håller flera dagar trots regelbunden användning.Men.. jag är överlag väldigt missnöjd. Knappen för att svara/lägga på samtal som är den knappen jag använder till 98% av knapparna är den som är minst och i mitten så den är för mig väldigt svår att använda. Jag råkar 90% av gångerna trycka in knappen ovanför som är till för återuppringning senaste samtal, och då försöka snabbt lägga på innan det går iväg signaler...Brusreduceringen generellt är helt ok för bakgrundsljud, jag arbetar inom verkstad och oftast hör ingen oljuden i bakgruden - men, de hör mina andetag riktigt högt.Förväntade mig otroligt mycket mer.

Vollends zufrieden! Das Headset lässt sich angenehm tragen, leicht bedienen und die Verbindung ist ausgezeichnet. Es gab bei mir bisher keine Unterbrechungen, selbst dann nicht, wenn man mal um 2 Zimmer Ecken geht. Ich würde das Headset weiterempfehlen!

Coverage on this BT headset is great. I can walking around 2 floors of my house and even outside with great coverage, including places I lose wifi because of brick walls / fireplaces.Con: if you have a large / long head where the distance from your ears to the top of your head is larger than average (I’m 6’5 and have a “long†face), the over-head band doesn’t stretch far and is padded, so it wants to sit high. You can get it to sit right, but any thick hair etc, it’ll want to slide back up so you’re often adjusting.Worn this for days with 6+ hours of calls, longest has been a single 4 hour call so far without breaks. Still extremely comfortable. The on-boom mute button is a lifesaver as well, if you get a cough or sneeze coming on, or want to sit on mute for the majority of a call but chime in periodically.I have daily Teams calls, and we replaced all our communications with Teams (including not even using our cell numbers anymore internally and externally), so in a Presales position as well as offering some post sales duties, I’m on the phone about 75% of my working hours (so 30-45 hrs/week). Also ran some training sessions with clients, so 4 hour classes as the instructor — this headset works great and battery life is never a concern.
