I bought 2 of these for my rabbits and they’ve done a great job so far. As long as they’re cleaned out, they function as they should. Haven’t had any clogs due to the hay.

I like to provide my dog with constant fresh water, and this works great for that! I mounted this automatic dog drinking water bowl outside so if my dog is out in the yard, he always has fresh, cold water. He has a dog door to go in and out at his leisure, but he prefers the outdoors. I've noticed he drinks more water while he's outside because of this waterer. The bowl is easy to clean, and the float works well. This is easy to mount, and I like that the hose is chew proof. I simply hooked this up to an outdoor spigot, and we were ready to go! Overall, this is a solid unit, and the float works properly, it's easy to clean, and provides fresh water. I recommend it!

I got this for my dogs which like spending time in the yard chasing down anything with four or more legs or wings. You need a water source like a faucet or water hose, then the float controls the water level in the bowl. Float is adjustable and works. Bowl is a durable stainless steel. The unit is easy to clean. Good steel mesh pipe hose. My dogs are happy, I'm happy. Recommend.

Purchased and received this bowl for my dog March 21.The good news: it works as a automatic water bowl. Easy to connect and set up. Wish the bottom was flat so I could just set it down on the ground but whatever.The bad news: It's starting to rust after less than a month. I live in southern California so the weather is what I'd say is the most ideal in terms of the outside elements but I'd also note that this is a WATER BOWL so it should get and be wet no matter where you live. Less than 3 weeks later the bolts and connections have starting rusting. Once it gets close to the drinking water this item is cooked and I'm not letting my dog drink from it.

It simply doesn't work. It either doesn't shut, or allow water flow, depending on the adjustment- the difference is 2-3 millimeters. I would return it, but used the hardware already.
