At first the product did not have a high enough salt range to be worth having that feature. They reached out to me and let me know they corrected the problem. Then they sent a free replacement.I am extremely happy with their support and the results I am getting from the test. It's very accurate and now includes a salt level range that can measure standard pools.This is a good vendor and a good product.

It will not be the perfect reading but it does the job. I was able to get my readings to acceptable levels with ease using these strips.

My original purchase was apparently a since-replaced product. When I first rated the product I received as being not very favorable due to a non-useful salt level indication range the manufactured reached out to me via Amazon and offered to replace the product with a newer version of the product. The salt level indication range of the original purchase was “200 mg/L (200 ppm) to 2000 mg/L (200 ppm), which was not at all useful for pools that should be in the 2700 to 3400 range. The replaced product has a range of 2000 to 6000, which is useful. Interestingly enough though, the “2000†color indication on the label of the original product I received is not the same color indication for the “2000†on the replacement product. Nonetheless, I’m not a chemist, so I’ll have to trust the accuracy of the replacement product. And in fact, the results that I got from using one of the test strips from the replacement product was comparable to the water analysis that I had done for my pool water about a week ago. What I would recommend is that if you order this product, upon receiving the package, open the box and verify that the label reflects a “2000 to 6000†range for the salt. If it reflects “200 to 2000â€, contact the seller and request a replacement…and of course, post a review. I’d expect that the old product be purged from the supply system, but I doubt that has happened, since I ordered my product in early August of 2023 and initially received a bottle from a batch that was dated as “04-28-2023â€, and a couple weeks later I received the replacement bottle with a batch date of “06-18-2023â€. I give the manufacturer a “thumbs-up†for reaching out and offering to refund my purchase price and replace the product at no charge to me.

These test strips report incorrect values. I did test strips. Added chemicals. Got worse results - reported 0 for cyanuric acid and Cl even though both were high. Reported Br but there was none. Analytic tests on the water showed the strips were way off. They are useless. You can’t rely on them.

I have found several of the items hard to read. The chlorine and the salt level are difficult to read. The salt is never the color shown on the bottle to compare to and the chlorine is hard to tell one color from another. The rest seem to be right on. My system has a built in salt reading and it is always different than what the test strip might indicate.

I'm not one to write reviews but this products works great. We live in the country and don't always make the trip to town to get the pool water tested so I use these strips. They are very close to the pool readings. We have a salt water above ground pool.

Customer Service is excellent regarding this Seller. I posted the issue with this product below and was instantly offered a full refund. This issue has been reported by the seller to the manufacturer and the communication I received stated they hope to have the issue resolved soon…. A+Readings are inaccurate regarding Both chlorine and cyanuric acid. Test strips indicated 0% cyanuric acid by these strips. Per directions regarding the volume of our pool, I added 12 lbs. tested again and still 0%. Utilized another brand of strips and pool tested at 400 ppm. Having same issue with chlorine. I do not know if possibly I received a bad bottle of strips or ?….
