I wasn't sure at first but love this vacuum now. When I first put it in it was around the pool but missing some spots but I have used it a few times now and it seems to have my pool mapped out and it does a great job. My pool is just under 20,000 gallons and is a 16'X30' rectangle and is 8' deep in the deep end. I haven't used the multi-day cleaning modes and just use the all over (not walls then floor) mode. It goes for exactly two hours and then stops. It goes to a wall and sits there. It would be easier if it went to the shallow end to park but it's not a big deal to fish it out of the deep end with the provided hook. It does really well on the water line as well. I did not have to use the floats that come with it and it has no problems in all of the depths. My stairs are skinny so it does not have enough room to get up on them but I brush the pool down once a week so I am not worried about the stairs. We have had our pool for nine years now and this is the first automatic vacuum we have used. That was dumb. LOL! No cords or any other hassles and it's easy to clean once done. I pull it out, pull the basket/filter out and rinse that off, and then set them both up on the patio to dry. Once dry, I plug it in to let it charge and it's ready to use the next day. I use it three times a week and have no more worries about having to get hoses and everything else out. Love this!!

I have owned this product for a few months now, and it's time to render a verdict: It is extremely good! Most pool cleaners can be complex; this cleaner is for the technically challenged. This cleaner is very powerful and can take a beating (especially with extensive usage). The software portion of this cleaner is rather rudimentary (I wished it had a cleaner GUI and a few more features), but it gets the job done for this cleaner.I highly recommend this pool cleaner for pools of 15k - 30k gallons. On proper charge (2 hours), this cleaner cleans our pool in one setting before recharging. A must-buy!

UPDATE: great customer support! After filing a warranty claim with the company they contacted me, replaced the Winny with a new one that is working as expected and have followed up to assure all is well. I do have a lot of leaf clusters in the deep end that Winny can’t handle but that is understandable. It handles the dirt and small debris just fine. The little hook for grabbing it is a big help as it seems to run out of juice in the deep end. OLD REVIEW: The Winny worked fine for 2 days, but on day 3 it stopped in the deep end and I saw the rubber wheel had come off. I managed to get it back on, but it came off again shortly after placing it in the pool. I contacted the company and although they responded they sent a video of how to repair a totally different unit so they were of NO help. I bought this vacuum based on the great reviews from others, but I obviously got a defective unit and would like a replacement or refund. NOTE: I have sent photos, videos and made calls to the company to give them a chance to address my issues before posting this review.

Love this robotic pool cleaner. Does an amazing job, saving me time and a sore back. Would have given it 5 stars except the app is weird. Accessing the programming menu is through an auto program. To change the auto program takes multiple tries to get to the one I want. Always shows as disconnected. Just weird.

This vacuum is worse every penny I paid for it. Its like the invention of Telephone, we now think "what we do if we didnt have it" our pool is like we have a dedicated team of workers (we don't have anyone).Love it!!
