I was impressed with the Robot. We have a large pool 20X40 so I got this cleaner and it cleaned a million times better than the last robot. No residue in the pool. The only problem was the cleaner did stop sometimes after I turned it on and I had to pull it back and reset it. Not sure if I was doing something wrong

After more than a year and it still running like new, easy to clean, manual remote works nice. Downside it’s a little pricey, but for our residence we were looking for something durable, strong, and designed to work for commercial pools.

Machine works very well, great suction, climbs even curved walls, can't climb more than 1 step unless the steps are deep. We usually just brush the stairs into the bottom of the pool and the machine picks up almost everything. It's not perfect but that's fine... It requires little human interaction and performs very well. Super easy to clean with a hose in minutes. I'd highly recommend it as long as you don't need 100% perfection. That's said, I doubt any other robot cleaner would perform any better in this price range. I wouldn't go cheaper that's for sure.Update 4/5/24:Purchased in July of 2023 and it's broken already, called manufacturer and they say 2-3 wks for repair. Tried the seller (Backyard & Pool Superstore LLC) but their "phone" is really just a message telling you to go thru the amazon warranty process... click on the link here on amazon and it says I need to contact the seller directly or by phone. Total garbage support... went from 5 to 1 star in a minute finding out there's nobody to help us. Not acceptable. DON'T BUY THIS

We are loving our new addition to the family. This robot is easy to use, lifts easily out of the pool, and stores neatly on its caddy. It's quiet as it moves back and forth around our 24'x52' pool. One end is 3' deep, the other is 7.5' deep. We have three built in steps. The robot makes it up two steps, but not the third.Super easy to clean! The filters lift easily out and are held neatly in a "cage" by magnetic closures. Pull out the filters and clean away! It's amazing how much dirtier it seems by looking at the filters, than the pool does. We pop the filters in a 5 gal pail first, then rinse with a hose. Easy peasy! We try to use it for 2 hrs 3x a week or once for 3 hrs and then once for 2 hrs. We have dust from the road and pollen, so this schedule varies based on those variables and our personal schedules.Yep, we've had it only one summer, but so far it's a gem. We should have bought it way sooner! Although, no doubt the technology has improved so it's all good. It's worth every penny. Especially if you have a large inground pool.

Very satisfied with how it cleans the pool bottom.

Very good filtration of even the finest debris like fine sand and dead algae. Bigger stuff is left, but can easily be dived (picked up) from the bottom. A bit heavy to lift out of the pool. Cleaning in fabric filter sack is a bit tedious but hey, it is full of fine debris. Overall a very good product nonetheless.

I have used this cleaner for over a month now, and I am not impressed. I have a large pool at my home so I bought this commercial cleaner as I thought it would be adequate. Often the cleaner does not complete the cleaning cycle or says its bag is full in under 2 hours. I then clean out the bag and put it back in and the same thing happens. This week I ran it three times consecutively cleaning the bag every time the cleaner stopped and it still never finished the pool. Keep in mind I clean my pool daily so it’s not very dirty. It’s just basically more trouble than it’s worth. I would return it if I could, so I recommend looking for a different option.
