This robotic cleaner was ready to get to work. I purchased it to replace my previous Polaris which had an electrical cord. I really liked the cleaning patten it followed cleaning my pool. Unlike my previous one there was no cord to get tangled up. Also it didn’t get stuck on the stairs as well. It picked up everything in its well chosen path. Battery charge was no issue, this robot was always able to clean the entire pool without running the battery down. Good valve for the money. Very satisfied.

The first one of these I bought had charging issues, but even after the 30 day window, customer service approved the return so I ordered another. I’ve used it several times and am pleased with its performance! It climbs and cleans well, leaving very little if any debris behind. I’ve had several other brands and this one has outperformed. For under $500, it’s a good buy for my in ground 12x20 pool…. And the charge lasts well over 2 hours.

The vacuum works really well, better than my previous wired Nautilus. Charging it is fairly quick. I haven't measured run time, but it is around a couple of hours. I usually throw it in the pool every other day and that seems to be enough to keep it clean. I definitely recommend it if you are in the market for a wireless pool vac.

Don't buy. Worked pretty well for 2 months. Power supply died just after the return window closed. Reached out to the company to request a replacement power supply (literally a cord). They offered a brand new unit! Well, I don't really need that, I don't think there's anything wrong with the unit. They offered to send a corded unit. What? I'm going to run a vacuum in my 13k gallon pool that's plugged in 100ft away? Um, no. Ok, there's a new battery unit. Great, I'll take it. After a week of emails back and forth, here's a label to send the other one back. Ok, so now I have to find a box to put this in? A week later, I've got one. Box it up, send a picture of the box with label so they can request pickup. 5 days later, after sitting on my porch waiting for UPS, they tell me to drop it off myself. I try to schedule pickup with the tracking number on the label. It's $20. My pool has had no vacuum for over a month at this point. Drop the box to UPS, it takes a week to get there. I'm following up, requesting the replacement be shipped immediately so I can clean the pool. They understand my frustration. It's being prepared. Three days after they receive the original, no replacement, no tracking, no response. They took my money, got the item back and will probably resell it, and all I needed was a new power cord to charge the thing.

The pool vacuum is light weight. It does pick up items well when vacuuming. But it does not dock itself up close to the top of the water. I had to use my net to pull it close to the top where I could use the hook to pull it out. Every time I go to pull it out some of the pool debris falls out of it. This is aggravating. I thought I was doing something wrong, but every time I go to take it out of the pull debris come out. I wished there was a way to keep the debris from falling out because it does really good vacuuming the pool.
