I was hoping I didn't make a mistake with this unit, and I can say that I didn't. It is very sturdy and the lat system works perfectly...no binding or sluggishness even if weights are out of balance, such as a 45 on one side and a 10 on the other side. I did spray the lat machine with a non-greasy lubricant. I don't know how well this unit would be for a serious lifter, but it works nicely for me, and I think it would work just fine for most users. One bit of advice: Read assembly directions carefully because it is very easy to install parts backwards or upside down. All parts assembled quite nicely.

I spent a good two months looking for the perfect cage, and I found it! The system was delivered in two boxes and all parts were accounted for and wrapped/packaged like the seller cared about our purchase. Easy installation. The cage comes with basic wrenches for installation, but highly recommend you use a socket wrench for faster installation. It took my husband and myself 2 1/2 hours. All parts are labeled and installation is broken down into five easy steps. Attachments are high value. Pulley system is smooth as butter and you can use 1" and 2" plates with the conversion bars. I'm so impressed with the amount of attachments this cage comes with. We do have to buy a longer barbell for the cage, but that was expected. This is a solid cage. No sway at all!! My husband is 6ft, 230ish lbs and he has plenty of room in the cage. We're not competitive weight lifters (stay in shape to be healthy), so there won't be an obscene amount of weight put on this system. The functionality of this cage is amazing! I can see this holding up in our gym for a very long time.

I decided to rebuild my home gym and went with this rack because of the great price but was blown away by the quality. I had titan fitness equipment before and this is every bit as nice, and the cable system is perfect. Ive never had a piece of equipment glide this smooth. Installation was a breeze and all the holes perfectly lined up. Only 5 steps to assemble it. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone. All the attachments that are included are great and have very nice rubber handles. Dont waste your money buying any other brand. VERY HAPPY

The product is great quality and is a perfect addition to my garage gym! Very sturdy for the average user and the pulley system is a great addition, and works very smoothly! I have been using this for a few weeks now, and have been able to get great workouts at home! Numerous different lifts and exercises are available to me with this system!

The power cage is extremely versatile for the price point. It also feels rock solid, it doesn't shift or shake at all. I expected some shakiness with it being a non-commercial piece of equipment but have not experienced any.My package shipped with all parts, but the instructions weren't included in either box. I contacted the seller and they responded the same day with an apology and a link to the instructions. This day in age, thats pretty darn good customer service.Don't think anyone would be disappointed with this for the price. It exceeds expectations.
