The inverter worked fine at first, but after a couple days would not power on. If the battery charge is low (or your BMS turns them off), the inverter will not come on. I was able to charge the batteries up via a generator and charger and the inverter came back on. One issue was with the wiring of my solar panels so that the inverter was getting an PV Overvoltage. Cutting out two of my ten solar panels fixed that and it is now charging batteries off the solar panel array.

Great value for money, reasonably clear manual, has been working without fuss for several months for an off-grid solar set up with generator and batteries to replace 23 y/o Trace inverter and charge controller.

Total Chinese garbage! It lasted 28 hours and crapped out! I made the mistake of procrastinating and not trying it when I got it and the warranty ran out...

The utility solar battery controller with 25 amp receptacle setup works great I've been testing it out for 2 days now at when using utility it charges the batteries and keeps them charge when solar finally is introduced to the system the solar will charge the batteries as well when the system is not connected to utility it works off solar by keeping the batteries charge wish there were two USB ports on the unit and a 12 volt return power for 12 volt supply but other than that the unit works great I would buy another one for my shed later on

I changed my stars to three because they helped me trouble shoot the problem and after it wasnt resolved I received a refund. You have to be very carefull to check your panels output. Most 12v panels in series to get your 24v system will exceed the 40v tolerance allowed by this inverter. I beleive this could be the flaw that ended it. Also I took the fuse out during the install like normal and although the inverter was off there was a large spark when I reconnected it after install. Not sure if these two things could have added to my problem. Perhaps it is a good product and that was my problem, I dont know so that is why I changed it from one star. It did work perfectly for about three days and it even ran my pump

After a plethora of cheap PWM controllers and this being my 3rd MPPT, it is my most favorite one so far. I replaced a HQST 40 amp controller because I upgraded my solar array and needed more capacity. I also replaced a WZ* 24v 2000w inverter which was loud when fans kicked in. Both of the other products worked great and were repurposed. This new one has allowed me to make a poor man’s Tesla Powerwall (with added Lifepo4 batteries). It has a lot of features such as AC charging for batteries, UPS mode, and a bunch of other features not found on my pieces together system. Having this all-in-one system allows someone to set almost every parameter that would suit their solar array, battery bank, and needs the best. Some of the downsides are the lack of WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity out of the box and no listing for the one to buy and also the end user cannot set the display to timeout at a specific time or leave it on indefinitely. I’d love to have the display always on so I can reference the status from a distance. Lastly, the fan noise can get loud but it is variable to the amount of load and ambient air. I did not find it as offensive as my previous inverter that would be mostly silent and then go full blast for 10 seconds and die down again.

The specifications are misleading.....do not because it does not put out 240 volts
