Doesn't hurt to use on bare skin. And it seems fairly sturdy (I'm pretty hard on stuff so take it from me!)

Just be aware that there is no stretch what soever in this strap. It is not elastic. So if this is what you are looking for then it’s a good product. Somehow I missed reading that part. So I will keep it because in the future I may use it, but for now it will now work for my therapy. My bad.

I keep this strap next to my Yoga mat and stretch out with it. Honestly? I love it. It is not elastic, as other commenters have noted, however that’s what I love about it. I am able to stretch out fully and feel incredible both during and afterwards. If you are considering this item, please do yourself a favor and buy it. It’s worth it

I already had one of these, pretty much the same thing. I thought this would be better for some reason. The fabric is not any softer, it's the same length, and has the same loops. It's just a different color. I guess it's okay, but don't expect anything special.

The package came on time. The strap came clean and with no bad smell. It's shorter than the ones I've used in physical therapy, but it works nonetheless. I recommend it.

I recently had shoulder surgery and for my physical therapy we used one of these.Now that I’m past my physical therapy, I use it while I exercise.Very good quality and durability. I would purchase it again.
