I had my knee replaced and I used this strap to help me to bend my knee. I’m sure there are many other ways to use this product. It is very sturdy and I love the color. I’m very tall for a women and the length was perfect for me. There are many loops on this product so it will work for just about any person. It is a light weight product so you can pack it and take it with you without adding a lot of weight to your luggage. It was a great value, too.

I use this for both hamstring stretches and hip stretches. By having loops, I can really control and hold the stretch in a way that is ergonomic for me. It loops your foot in comfortably, and is a durable stretch rope. I can stretch without it, but having the stretching strap just makes it easier and more comfortable to do. By making it more enjoyable to stretch, I end up stretching more. Totally worth it.

I like the feel of the product. It is well made and doesn't feel cheap. If you are in the market for a stretching strap with loops, this should be on your short list. Also, the loops really help you pull and make it easy to hold at intermediate positions. I couldn't be happier with the product.
