Previously I had two different ball mounts, which was a hassle and bulky to carry.This product makes it easy to switch between trailers, with one ball mount.I'm happy with the purchase. Seems well-made. It's a bit long for an SUV but works fine.

I only needed a 1-7/8 and 2 inch ball hitch; as most people will. So, this serves my purpose; plus I don’t have to loosen and tighten nuts for changing ball sizes now.

I needed to haul a log splitter from my friend's house 30 miles away.This fit right into my Silverado receiver with no effort.BTW: Wouldn't it great if you could turn on your backup camera manually to check the load you're towing?

I've towed various trailers off and on for probably 12 years. Moving trailers, utility trailers, boat trailers, cattle trailers, etc, never needed a 2 1/2" ball, I didn't want a bulky three ball hitch, so this unit is perfect- exactly what I need an use.
