The plastic thumb pull portion is smaller than the oem Yamaha Road Star bag latch but they are a direct fit replacement for the Road Star oem hard bags.

Works perfect as a replacement for a golf cart glove box. In fact, they almost seem better than what originally came with this dash. Very satisfied with them.

I'm rebuilding a 1980 El Camino an the glove box lock was broke. I could get a new on for around 50 dollars. But really that would not fixed it right.I seen these on AMAZON Thought I. truy it. I had to drill the hole bigger good thing I had an old glove box to try it on to see if it was going to work anyway it work very good better then original lol plus it seems nice quality.Thanks JOE SORRY NO PICTURES.

I lost the keys to my saddlebags for my Harley Davidson softail deluxe bags. Harley wanted 90 dollars shipped for new locks. These locks fit perfect and appear to be better quality. They are exactly the same locks. And as a added bonus the keys that came with the new locks actually fit the Harley locks and opened them. I swapped the locks before I checked to see if the key would work on my old locks and they did. Do not hesitate buy these!! I couldn’t be happier

Pay attention to the dimensions before purchasing. I found them perfect for my project, but the strike plate latch reach distance may cause problems for some.
