Like: Easy instructions. Reasonable results return time. Relatively usable on-line data entry (they understand that not all the data are available at once and seamlessly supported follow-up entries). Results and risks clearly presented. Further resources referenced.Dislike: NothingCould be Better: Packaging for shipping.1) The self-seal (zip seal... whatever) bag supplied for analysis return does not seem robust. I added tape2) The return package has a prohibition against machine handling in the mail. The Post Office (USPS) explicitly could not offer that (I learned that when I purchased priority mail service). Instead, they put their shipping label over the printed restriction. If machine handling is really a problem (and it apparently was not in my use case) then a more robust package is required. This seems to be a case of the supplier trying to push their problems off to another entity rather than addressing it head-on.Caution: Write down everything (hard copy) and save it until you have reviewed the final results. You will need to reference the "My Test Kit Serial" multiple times. Dates, times (yes, times), and tracking information are all relevant.

Easy to use kit. Instructions are easy to followSend In as recommended. Results came back quickly and were HIGH! I was able to find a local company who does radon gas evaluation. It needed to be done.!!

I ordered these test kits to verify the results from an earlier test that was conducted free of charge as means to sell their radon mitigation services. The results from these tests were consistent with the prior test, giving me confidence in the radon concentration in our basement air space.

We're currently selling our house and the buyers' inspection included a radon test. They put the device in our laundry room in close proximity to both our sump pump and two kitty litter boxes. Their results came back say 4.3, not super high but still enough to be of concern. I was already not a fan of these inspectors for other reasons so was skeptical about their results. After doing some research I discovered a study showing that things like kitty litter and sump pumps can affect the accuracy of radon testing. For my own peace of mind as well as our buyers, I purchased one of these home test kits. It arrived the next day, the directions were super easy to follow. I put the test packet in a central location in our lower level den, away from windows and doors as per the instructions. I registered the rest on the website and they sent me a reminder text 48 hours later to stop the text and package it up. Shipped it off on a Friday (used small USPS flat rate box, cost about $9). Received a text a few days later stating that it was received. By Wednesday they'd sent me the results. As I suspected, their number was 3.4 pci/l. Overall this whole process was very simple and the turnaround time was super fast. I will likely buy another one for our new house!

Easy to use but they need to include the postage for returning the sample. $11.95 to send it Fed X...They specified not to send USPS as it may take to long. Understandable but they could work a bulk deal for returning the samples with Fed X or UPS... Pass additional cost along to buyer but easier for returns. Who wants to deal with it more then they have to...
