Product arrived quickly and was as described. Contains two tests, but only one submission form. If you want to test two separate homes, do both at the same time and submit together. There is space to record two test ID numbers on the form. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Product matched our need for a real estate transaction. Two tests came in package. Clear instructions how to do tests made it easy, and once we mailed test, in a few days we received an email saying they got the tests and would send results soon. Yes, had to pay for two tests, but worth it.

They put your “confidential†report on the open internet for anyone to see. I do not recommend because of privacy concerns.

The reviews that claim there are hidden fees are simply not true. If you read the description of the product you’ll see they do plainly tell you that you have to send in $20 per test to the testing center in order to see your results. So they’re very upfront about the costs. You do have to read the instructions carefully, fill out the included card that comes with the test, and send the test & card back in the envelope provided. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they say results are provided with a standard business week; I received my results in a week & a half. Still very happy with the product & would buy again.

Based on comparing its results to the contractor results we use, it is accurate. Use for about 3 days. Then mail to PRO LAB for results in envelope provided

After you pay for the test, they charge to develop it.......so essentially you pay TWICE!! Getting the test developed is way more expensive that buying the test.Really feels like false advertising!!

I need to do this every other year for my daycare license. Worked well. Unfortunately it was annoying that I filled out the form yet still received an email asking me all the details I had already put in the form. Still not too bad.

As someone with a basement that is used quite a bit, I also worry about Radon. Have used these tests for years. Easy to place and send in. Happy to pay the $20 for a result. Had the results in about two weeks.
