We had to replace the auger on our pitboss. It was easy peasy. Works great. We use our smoker a few times a week. Have no issues with the replacement. Works exactly the same as the other one did. We replaced the part back in the summer. We have been using quite awhile now with absolutely no problems.

This functions very well in my Pit Boss 700SC, but I did need to adjust the P setting lower after installing this motor. It's been used a dozen times since installation at all temperature ranges from smoking to 500f and it works like it should. Installation is straight forward, and this part fits exactly like the original. So far this seems like a great value, I'll update if it doesn't last.

I bought this replacement auger motor with a 4 Year Asurion product warranty and the motor lasted about 10 months and stopped working as it was designed to do. Filed a claim with ASURION and NO HELP what so ever. Instead of sending me a new auger motor or a refund for the auger motor, ASURION refunded me the $ 3.99 for what I paid for the protection plan. Why pay for an additional warranty if AMAZON and ASURION will not honor it. I made several attempts to try to get this corrected with no luck with AMAZON and ASURION. Even though the motor was only $ 30.00 it is the fact of the matter. Buyer Beware.

Fits and works just like my original in my Member's Mark/Pit Boss. It's actually a little quieter. I did have issues when first fired up where at the first start, not enough pellets were fed and it failed with an error. Second time, there were too many pellets and I had to scoop some out so the igniter could start the fire. After that, it worked fine. I recommend to anyone reading this to put a few pellets in the pot and keep the fire pot open while you observe the pellets come out and ignite the first time or check the instructions to feed the pellets manually before first firing it.Will update if needed but it has worked fine on the first cook.

Ordered this before taking my pellet grill apart. Went to the lake with the replacement part in hand, discovered my grill uses 2.5RPM auger motor. Still works on my grill, just not ideal as it will not work in the “smoke†setting because the auger is now too slow and it flames out. Have now ordered the right motor and this will serve as a spare in case of another failure. Motor works as it should…I just ordered the wrong one.

Bought this for a Broil King Baron. Works perfectly, and is quieter than the original.Update: Only lasted 6 months... tried to contact the company for a replacement under the 1 year warranty - no response.
