I took a star off bc of the difficulty in finding the product and the high prices. The product itself is 5 stars.I've been using the filtration system for over a year and I'm very pleased with the obvious difference in our tap water's taste, smell, and clarity.The filters are a little difficult to find and are in my opinion on the expensive side. The only places I've found is Amazon, ebay, and the company's website.The first time I bought replacement filters, the best price I found was on ebay. They were almost 1/2 less than Amazon and the company's website. When I went to reorder replacements on ebay, the price had doubled and shipping added.Now Amazon has the best price and includes shipping. The company suggest to replace cartridges every three months but I'm able to get definitely 4 sometimes 5 months out of a cartridge. When my water starts to taste off or isn't as clear, I know it's time for a new cartridge.

I was not impressed with this at all because I ordered 2 packs already and each individual replacement only lasts about a week. I wish I would’ve wasted my money on one that lasts longer then buying replacements every 2-3 weeks.

There's not enough contact with the tap water to make much of a difference. I tested the water that came out and there was slighly less chlorine.
