Wonderful lamp stands! I ordered them for my two ball python terrariums. I love that they have a flat base that you can slide under the tank for stability. We tried one of the ones with the suction cups you stick on the side of the tank, and those just don't hold like they should. This completely eliminates that worry because the weight of the tank holds them in place. Highly recommend this version. They're made out of good quality material, hold the lamp weight, and look great. Would absolutely order from them again.

This is a decent light-duty stand. Depending on your lighting it may need something to weigh it down on the base plate. And you wouldn't want anything super heavy on it. I'm using it just for some grow lights through the winter. For the current price of just over $20 seems like a decent value.

I put this together (very easy - didn't even need the instructions but they are included). I needed it at the tallest so I used all the posts. The base is about the size of a classroom notebook. When I hung my dome light from it it was really tippy and if I moved the light at all it acted like it was going to fall over. Dangerous with a heat lamp so I read the instructions to make sure I hadn't missed something - I hadn't. I added weight to the base - literally - I had a kettleball I put on it. I'm sure the fact I have it on carpet probably didn't help with stability. It does work as intended and is tall enough for my 10 gallon tank that sits on a wide file cabinet. I have it set up as shown in the photo of the tallest setting. I'm happy with it as far as it does what I needed it for but the base either needs to be larger, heavier, or both which is why I only gave it 3 stars.

I'm thrilled with this light stand! It's incredibly versatile and makes lighting my aquatic turtle's tank so much easier. The adjustable height and swing arm mean I can get the perfect angle. Assembly was super quick, and I love the cable management straps! While it doesn't come with a lamp shade, that gives you the freedom to choose the perfect one for your needs. If you're looking for a sturdy and adaptable light stand, this is it!

Went together super easy, seems fairly sturdy and holds the light at the right distance from the basking area. Only criticism is it seems like this would be off balance and might tip if I had a bigger light hood (using a dual bulb which is probably pretty common) But I wouldn't want anything heavier in there, like those super heavy halogen bulbs. I'm sure it is fine for 90% of the users out there, just something to think about if your lights are really heavy,

I actually used this to support a 12x12 grow light over some plants I brought indoors last Fall, and it still held the reasonably hefty light with no problems. It took about 3 minutes to assemble (the sticker pad on the bottom taking most of the time), and had the light up and running in 10. Just another use-case that works for this stand.

This is exactly what I needed! This is without the shade, and I put a grow light in it with the intention of using it for indoor plants. It's easy to store the cables-it has multiple adjustable height settings and a flexible swing arm. It was very easy to assemble and the quality is great. I would definitely buy at least two more.

This is just what I needed! I’ve placed a grow light bulb in it and plan to use it for my indoor plants. I’m really impressed with it—it has multiple adjustable height settings and a flexible swing arm. Assembly was a breeze, and it’s built with great quality. I’ll definitely be buying at least two more
