Left to right controls move the mirror up and down, and up and down controls move the mirror left to right.

When on great with few problems. Took me an hour being extremely over cautious. The one problem was the wires being crossed so down is left and up is right from controller to mirror.

I purchased this light and installed it myself. Easy Peasy. However when I next drove my car, I discovered that I could not adjust the mirror with the drivers door adjustment knob. While I was at the Toyato dealership for another issue I had them check it and it was reported as "inoperable.". So I contacted Amazon and seller and they immediately sent me a replacement. I tried to install and again the mirror did not respond to the Adjustment knob on the drivers side. I am returning the second mirror. I had damaged the original mirror losing the white back cover and the mirror itself. At least now I have a fixed mirror that is positioned for my use since I am the only driver. Paying the replacement cost of $58 instead of the $580 extimate of the dealership. I can live with it.

Looks great install took about 20 minutes, took about 3 screws to get door panel off. Just remember to roll down window before you startThis was base model Camry so no heated mirrors. One thing to note, wiring is backwards on power function. It moves via the power from drivers door- but the functions are opposite for left/right and up/down.Plug in is not reversible, so if its important check it on your model before installing the door panel. You can undo all tape and swap location in plug.For the money, great deal and looks great.

Looks perfect on the vehicle. Really nice quality super value for the money very fast. Shipping fits nicely looks nice works perfect. used on a customer’s car so didn’t want to put a picture up. But highly recommended and will use again.
