These work perfect for my needs, which is smoothing out areas on wood carvings. The key to making them last is to use lower rpms. If you're sanding larger areas get the bigger ones with 1/4 inch shank to use in a drill. These are for small jobs and if used within their limitations they work great.

I was sanding four coats of varnish from the hard the reach crevices of my front door and i completed the entire door and frame with only two wheels … it was truly fabulous !!!

Love Dremel accessories and my wireless 12volt tool! I'm using for hard to reach corners and places other drills want work in! Doing windows right now! The paint remover and grinding work very well! But they (Dremel accessory) do wear out quickly but last much longer than the genetic brands!Highly Recommended for smaller areas and a quality job! Dremel brand last twice as long as others versions!

There's not a lot to say here. Either a flap sander works, or it doesn't. In this case, it works and it lasts. I'm a wood carver and a spoonmaker. I was able to sand 15 spoons with only 1 flap sander, so I'm very impressed with the durability, and I will buy it again.
