These were a bargain and they are fairly easy to install with some hints:I ensured a perfect fit by measuring my old cartridge and comparing to the measurement they provided before ordering. I used calipers but a ruler works. Here's my hints from replacing these thru the years. I am not a plumber, just a DIYer. I've made mistakes, and learned too:- Review a Tutorial video on a Delta Faucet Cartridge Replacement.- Tools: Allen Wrench and Open end Wrench or similar. A Rag for the little bit of water & cleaning. I had a long pick tool for getting the spring/washer out (and for aligning the installation of the new one) or use the Allen Wrench.- Turn off the water under your sink. Note: If you have really old turn-offs that haven't been turned in years, there's a risking them leaking/dripping after you turn them.- Block the drain so you don't lose parts- I had to use a sharp tool to clean gunk out of one of the Allen screws to get the wrench seated well. Don't risk striping it. Patience.- Follow the video directions. Some additions to the video I watched...- Watch you don't accidently mix old parts with the new ones.- The spring is tapered and only goes one direction, with the large end down and washer on top.- After installing, I push down on the spring/washer with my finger to ensure it's seated okay.- Stem orientation: Take a picture of the old stem before removing for reference. However, even paying attention to how the old stem was oriented, and matching it, I had to play with it. The video I watched doesn't show what to do if you got the orientation wrong. There are only 4 possible ways to orient the stem and the moveable tab. Trial and error works. (1) Test your first orientation using the handle to see if the off/on positions are correct. (2) If wrong, move the tab to the other side. If still wrong, (3) pull the stem up and rotate 180 degrees. (4) If still wrong move the tab to the other side.- Hand tighten the nut at first. Pressing down on the stem against the spring, seats the stem and allows you to hand tighten further. Then use your wrench. Avoiding overtightening.- Check for leaks. If it leaks from the handle/base, the nut wasn't snugged up enough. Or, the spring/washer is probably not set right in the hole.- Only do one side at a time. If you can't get it to work or reassembled, then at least you'll still have half the sink working while you make an appointment with your plumber. And, you'll already have the parts ready.- A decent video should get you thru it!

Perfect replacement for my 18-yrs old Delta two knob faucet. Stop the leak and keep the faucet clean for next few tears, Bought 4-pack for two set of faucets, but will buy more for the rest of my house. It is quite easy to replace. TIPS: The challenging job is to remove the rusted stems off each faucet. Take around 10 mins to replace 1 faucet if you have the proper tools to remove the hex cap the faucet and extract the stem and washer ring and spring. When you put the new one in, you can use vaseline to lube the stem and the rod to keep stem last a bit longer.

These were the exact replacements I needed for dripping Delta faucet. Had difficulty finding this product at the local hardware stores...and the ones that I found were around $30 for one pair. These work great and seem to do the job. I would caution you to really pay attention to how you take the old ones out...so that you put the new parts in exactly the same way.

Easy to install - as others have said, remember the orientation of the original. Stem is brass - good. Minor issue noted by others is you need to open the valve a lot more to get water, but not a big deal. Replaced two so far. Originals lasted 16 years with daily use.

I used these to replace my leaky valves on my Delta 2 Handle bathroom faucet. Not only do you get the cartridge valves, but you get the small rubber O Rings and springs needed for this repair.Perfect fit and working flawlessly. The only minor complaint, is that there are absolutely no instructions with this kit. I had to google, "how to replace delta 2 handle faucet cartridge valve" but there are many videos out there that you can use as a reference.

I see one all the way up to $50 when here you get a nice 4 pack. I bought two 4 packs, replaced 6 of these and have 2 left for spares. Flawless installation, absolutely no issues.
