Your cart is empty.The loose bonnet nut(the brass part) of the cartridge is the possible cause of the drippy faucet. Torque the bonnet nut again with proper force is helpful to solve the leaking issue. Take the cartridge and bonnet but out, reverse the gasket, tighten them back up The sticky faucet is also the cause of drippy faucet is also the cause of drippy faucet. Remove the cartridge and flush out the cartridge with water by four times. This action is helpful to break up the calcium and sediment in the cartridge.

My Delta faucet quit turning off in the OFF position. I pulled the cartridge and looked for anything obviously wrong with it but didn't see anything so I contacted Delta for a warranty replacement unit. Our original one lasted 2 or 3 years but the replacement from Delta only lasted one year.I was concerned that this cartridge was quite a bit less expensive than the name brand Delta replacement. But we needed one immediately and this one showed quick shipping and delivery with Prime. I ordered it, received it the next day, and installed it right away. Installation took about 2 minutes because I have Hot and Cold water shutoff valves below the sink. It went in quickly and works perfectly. I can't speak for longevity as I've only had it in for a few days. But unless it begins leaking in 6 months I'm happy and will buy another when I need it.

This was easy to install and operates properly. Smooth and effective water control. There were no instructions in the product shipping box, but luckily I had prepared myself by watching a few YouTube videos on the use, so no problems.

This was easy to install, directions on the product page were clear, no problems replacing the original cartridge. Our faucet had become impossible to shut off. You had to wiggle the handle to find just the right spot or it dripped and trickled nonstop. Installed this cartridge and - viola - problem solved. Well, for a couple of days. Then we noticed less water pressure, but I didn't care as long as the faucet shut off completely and easily. But then... I kept noticing water on my counter next to the sink. I thought one of the kids was being sloppy and kept wiping the counter. After realizing this was becoming all too frequent, I started looking closely and noticed a slight leak coming from under the handle. I had to keep a dish towel folded next to the faucet to keep the water from running all over the counter. I knew I was going to have to replace it - again. By the time I started the return and ordered a different cartridge, the faucet was starting to drip when turned off. It was a slow drip, but nonetheless, dripping. I bought the cartridge on May 30th and returned it June 30th, so from order to removal, 1 month. Definitely should have lasted longer and performed better. I made it just in time for the Amazon return window, and ordered an actual Delta cartridge which thankfully was on a great sale price and barely cost more than this one. Installed the Delta cartridge and so far, zero leaks although it has only been 48 hours. Time will tell, but my advice is to pay more and buy the Delta part. Yes, the cartridge is easy to replace, but do you really want to have to do it twice?

This is the second cartridge replacement in a year. My last cartridge (different manufacturer) leaked after installing. I returned for replacement. The next one didn’t leak but the handle was loose and floppy. Couldn’t stand it and replaced with this one. This one is perfect.

Cartridge was easy to install and easy to operate. One complaint. The valve provides or cold and hot water separately very well but it is difficult to adjust water to a warm mixture.

Vert slow drip out of the faucet, it fits, but it leaks, I went back and did not return in time, missed by 3 days...oh well, you get what you pay for...spend the extra $$$$ and get the name brand one...

It arrived on time. Our faucet was leaking slowly when we turned it off. Ordered a new cartridge, my husband installed it within a few minutes and bingo problem solved. Make sure you turn your water off before removing old cartridge.

This is clearly a lower quality made in China part. Although it slowed down the dripping, it did not stop it. Will go to the hardware store and get a genuine Delta part.

This was an easy fix. The faucet was not turning off properly for a while and we had to move it around to close it tight. Then one day it started leaking at the handle. To replace it, close both water valves under the sink (or the main one of the house). Simply unscrew the handle with an Allen key, pop it up and unscrew the decorative base. Then with a wrench, unscrew the big metal holder and lift it up. You can then simply remove the old cartridge, clean the holder with some white vinegar and put the new cartridge in place. Put everything back. Takes 15 min. I only gave 4 stars because I don't know how long this will last, as it is not an original manufacturer's part.
