These replacement feet / screw covers for the Surface Laptop appear to be a very close match for the OE Microsoft part. They have a good durometer, not too soft, and they fit very well.

The feet are more plastic than rubber. The result is something that doesn't do what it's supposed to do. They are supposed to hold the laptop in place and it does not do that. They are supposed to stop the laptop from sliding and it doesn't do that either. The only good thing about these that I can think of is that they are cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Just pay the couple extra dollars from ifixit to get the legit ones. It will save you a lot of hassle.
