How to Fix the Fabric？
- Cover the tufting frame with the cloth.
- Snap the knob into the groove and twist it ninety degrees to tighten.
Why are we developing this Aluminum Tufting Frame?
- Wooden tufted frames use sharp nails to fix the cloth, which is potentially dangerous. In order to work in a safe situation, our development department thought of using plastic screws to fasten the cloth, and it was successful in the experiment.
- Wood frames are susceptible to moisture, while metal is more stable, lasts longer, and is more cost-effective.
Easy 6 Installation Steps——Install in as little as 10mints.
- 1-1、Match 12 T-screws and Hexagon Screw Caps. 1-2、In order to fix the aluminum tube according to the following steps, T-screw and screw cap do not need to be tightened. (The extra two T-screws will be used to secure the aluminum column from "Step 5")
- Pass the prepared T-screw Combination through the Aluminum Corner and use the Hexagonal Wrench to securely fasten the Screw in the Aluminum Tube groove. Using aluminum corner covers instead of nails installation, all-around protection for your hands brings you a better tufting time experience.
- As shown in picture 3, the T-screw can be perfectly locked in the Aluminum Tube groove after being rotated. (Figure 3 is an explanation of the principle of step 2, and no additional operations are required.)
- Place the Orbital Screw Cap into the pipe groove and assemble it with the Circle Screw.
- Put the Aluminum Column and the extra 2 T-screw into the Aluminum Tube groove and rotate to fix it. (Aluminum columns are used to secure the tufted yarn.)
- Please install the Corner Dust Cover to cover the Aluminum Corner, the first can block the dust, and the second can avoid scratches during use.

How to fasten the tufting fram to the table?
- Adjust the fixing clip to the appropriate width.
- Fix the frame on the table firmly.
- In line with engineering logic, it can be fixed on tables of different thicknesses.

I really wanted to start rug making, my biggest barrier was finding a frame without nails that could hurt my toddlers potentially. The frame was a little tricky to put together, my advise get it all in place befor tightening! It was together within 30 minutes. Its also very light but without complete dissassembly it does not store well. I have space so i dont mind it staying up. Plus I secure a pretty fabric to it and it becomes a framed background for when I do presentations from home. Ive also used it with canvas as a board to sort out my ideas. This frame is very light weight but you can step on the lower bar to make sure it doesn't topple over while working. It has two yarn holders and two yard threads to keep you untangled. You can move them to where ever makes sense to you. Mine are at the top of my frame, the picture shows them at the bottom.

I love it! It’s a great started for beginners! It comes with so many screws to hold the cloth into frame but the edges are sharp lol but luckily they provide like covers for it so it works! I added the bottom frame more lower so I can make bigger rugs and honestly it’s just up to you how big you want your frame so you’ll just have to screw it or unscrew it to your liking but I’d recommend it for sure!

A serious pain to put together. The cloth holding system, yes a great concept, but in use my experience was garbage. Took a very long while to stretch the backing cloth and minutes to come loose when I started tufting. Didn’t mess with and just ordered carpet strips and mounted them to the frame. Now I get to deal with nails again. This is just my own personal experience, but feels like this was a $200.00 dollar flush.

This frame is pretty sturdy and of decent size! It did take me a couple of hours to put together, the instructions are a little puzzling at first but I quickly got the hang of it after I figured it out. I’m super excited to start tufting with it!

I had a few troubles with this device and after a few messages back and forth customer service helped me out for my current situation and found my item had some issues and issues me a full refund! Great customer service. Will try this product again down the line when I can again!

I’m missing all 60 tightening screws and 2 T-screws. I’m highly upset that after waiting a week, that I can’t even use it.
