I’ve been adding things to my at home workout regimen since covid started and got these because they looked high quality and matched my glute bands. The color is so cute and they’re very high quality and sturdy. They take very little space to store and come with a storing pouch. They’re more slippery on floors but also glide well on my rug. These are not easy on the abs and you will feel the burn!

These discs really gave me are a must-have home workout tool. Since gyms are still closed around us, I needed to grab some items to workout at home that were affordable. I saw these discs and thought I'd give it a try. I have a bad back so doing crunches and situps are always difficult. I like mountain climbers but the stomping would make too much noise for the apartment below. That's where these core sliders come into play, I was using them for 30 reps and my abs are already burning. Definitely get these if you want a quality but affordable workout tool!

I placed the sliders onto the carpet and my feet slipped off them within seconds. I tried them with shoes, barefoot, and with socks, and each time, my foot slipped off. This item would work with straps, so I returned this item and now I'm looking for sliders with straps.

I like that it came with the bag but it didn’t come with the workout video like y’all said it would.
