I don't do yoga but I have been suffering with back problems in that problems and out of desperation I ordered a few yoga products specifically to Target that. Immediately cracked my spine from the bottom to the top and helps relax all those muscles. I really like the weight limit because I'm a big guy at 350 lb so a 500 lb roller was perfect

My chiro recommended I get one of these and it is a game changer!!! I'm obsessed with how good it makes my back feel and I can't believe how many cracks it gives me each time I use it. I have nothing to compare it to, but this one seems very well made and sturdy!

It was exactly what I was looking for!! Because of its compact size, it works great on stretching the back muscles adjacent to the spine by localizing all the weight within a small area. The design is very sturdy, the only reason I gave four stars is because of the foam thickness. Because of the relatively thin foam, while rolling you can almost feel the PVC core, which makes it a bit uncomfortable especially because of the small size of the roller. I wish the foam would be 0.25 inch thicker. I don't think it will diminish the positive effect, but will be much more comfortable.

Relives back pain but because there is no grove it tends to wander and you have to place it perfectly on your back. Seen others with a groove and think that would roll straighter on the spine

Works great felt instant relief just on my first use . Would recommend this product to anyone. great price point for this product. Feels durable and I'm about 240 pounds

After 3 five minute uses, the foam came apart from the roller. This item is being sent back and i will be a better quality roller.

I bought this for my husband to alleviate his neck pain. It truly is a great stretch for your neck or back. Seems well made and durable.
