It does the job. Especially if is not about much quantity.

works alright.. but the mesh filter portion is not fine enough and some sediment gets through. The tube is only about a quarter of an inch in diameter, so the flow rate is very low, also very hard to keep the filter portion at the bottom of the liquid you're trying to syphon, it keeps floating to the top, it's not heavy enough. Spend a little extra money and get something that works well and have a better flow rate without these issues. but if you're dead set on getting this, it will work with a few annoyances.
