I really like the design of this teleprompter, the text comes up really clear. The silicone boot that goes over the lens works great. One thing to check for is a second zip on the base of the bag, you will find the additional accessories hidden there. I had returned one unit thinking it was incomplete. The second one arrived and I noticed the second zipper. I mounted mine with some 15†rails, you may need to improvise how you mount yours depending on camera model and lens. I am very happy with the quality of the unit.

I use this teleprompter at least once a week and it always connects to the camera with ease, works great and is a great piece to add to my toolkit

Gets the job done. Design and build could be improved. App is not the best. Have not been able to get the remote to work.

I haven't used it in the field yet. I only assembled it at home to check that everything works. I think anyone who buys it will be very, very satisfied. I don't understand why SMALLRIG doesn't produce it anymore. This is a very high-quality product. All the others, which are just a piece of fabric or a black plastic casing, look like toys next to it. Its build quality is incredible. I recommend buying it before the stock runs out, and then you'll have to search for it at an exorbitant price.

So useful and compact. I live this thing. It’s really easy to take on shoots because if how small and compact it is. Good quality too.

Easy to install and works like a charm. Downside would be cheap remote and trying to find a teleprompter app.

Perfect teleprompter for rail system. Doesn’t work with cellphone as is but purchasing a friction arm and adapter make it work with phone perfectly.

Never have I given this brand any less than five stars, I love everything they do and I am doing this for such a trivial reason... this teleprompter is amazing quality through and through but it does NOT come with a tray to hold your tablet for use with the teleprompter and instead comes with a holder for a cell phone. The description clearly states "For tablet, not for smart phone" so why include the phone holder and nothing to hold a tablet? Other than that this whole device is flawless and I love it. The case, the parts, the look... everything is flawless. If only it came with something to hold the tablet...

Have always loved using Smallrigs products and this one is no different. We have a lot of clients who much prefer a teleprompter and one this size is so much easier. Highly recommend for anyone doing video production. Some people complained about the holder only being big enough for a cell phone, that’s not the case it does extend for iPad use.
