I had been looking for a keyless entry door knob and was shocked at the prices because the big name brands ($200-$300). Well I saw this one while shopping and thought why not. It’s Amazon and I could always send it back. Well it exceeds my expectations for the price!It took Amazon longer than promised to deliver but no surprise seeing the time of year. Anyway. When I opened it package, right off the bat I was impressed with the packaging. It was a little intimidating at first glance (.see photo). But once I dove in it was really simple to install and I did it in less than an hour. i really appreciated it actually came with a real manual with good directions for install… not just some folded up piece of paper. I was replacing the same type of handle and lock so I didn’t have to drill any holes. Piece of cake (see photos of finished look…my door obviously needs painting).It functions as expected. Simple to program and the finger print reader is awesome. I tested it with a friend and sure enough he couldn’t access since his finger print wasn’t added. I have just started to explore the app but from first glance it is very well put together and logs when the door is accessed by whoever.Only downside. I was a bit surprised that the interior screws in the handle and the lowest screw on the curved handle are silver (screw color). With a little paint or nail I polish I will make them Blake. Not a big deal but could be the only improvement in my mind.Overall, for now I’m giving it 5 stars. I’ve only been using it a couple days but so far flawless. I’ll write another review if I find any problems but for now I highly recommend the product.

Looks good.. installed door handle, thumb mechanism broke second day. Couldn't return had already thrown other one out. Contacted customer service explained the situation got the replacement door handle in the mail today installed all good happy customer they were very accomodating.

Just like what happened to others here, the thumb lever from the door handle just broke inside. It's made of weak metal and it just broke off while trying to open the door. The electronic deadbolt so far so good. Good thing there was another way to get in the house. I've kept the lock, but upgraded the handle with a Weiser.Update; the seller has given me a partial refund after reaching out to them. But I stand by the comment that the door handle is too weak and needs an upgrade.

Nice lock, everything was good except one thing I had to return it. The trigger in handle was broken. Other than that was just fine.

Handle part broke right away when I was installing it. I am just too lazy to uninstall the deadbolt part so I didn’t end up returning it but now use it with the old handle. I have other brands electric locks in other properties which are better. For example in this one in the app you can’t see the different saved user codes so you have to write them down or wish the best that your kids still remember theirs if the fingerprint won’t work in some point. Also you can’t unlock this distantly (in case you are not home but would like to open the door for the neighbor or friend. You need to make a separate code for that.
