This antenna increased the range we can open our gate by 1/4 mile. It may go further than that but that’s how far our hose is from the gate.

In my case the increase in range was minimal. What it did do was make my opener a lot more consistent. No more sticking the remote out the window or trying it at different angles. It just works now. Worth the money.

The antenna that came with my MM gate kit stopped receiving signals after 3 years. I replaced it with this antenna and I am back to being able to open the gate from inside my house which is about 300 ft from the antenna.

After adding this to my Liftmaster gate opener control box, I had nothing but issues with the remote. I would press the remote 10-15 times before the gate would move regardless of how far away from the antenna I was, and sometimes the remote signal would not be picked up at all for a few days.I went back to the factory antenna and just added a long coax to move the antenna closer to the street, gate and remote work perfectly now. I would avoid this and stick with the factory antenna.

It helped to slightly extend the range but nowhere near what I was expecting or what was advertised... not really what I was expecting

This fits perfectly on my Mighty Mule opener . Just removed the original tiny antenna and screwed the end of the cable into the same place. Easy as pie. increased the range of my remote from 10 feet to about 100 feet. Life changer!!

Haven't used it yet as I'm having problems installing the opener Looks good hopefully it works better than the included small antenna.Update installed doesn't increase range. Bought three,3 button remotes each one opens at different ranges,one of them I'm right at the gate,replace battery no difference.
