The tip that goes through the dust cap needed to be filed down to fit. Lots of burrs from the mold the ends were made from. It was not made with a groove to affix a c-clip to retain the cable in cap. There is a hole that you can put a retaining clip in. I’d shy away from this product and go with a specialty shop moving forward. A five minute task became an hour job.

Took me and a buddy five minutes to install while drinking a beer went for a drive down the road and after about 300 feet the old Speedo snapped back to life Idk how long it hadn’t worked for as It didn’t work when I got the car couldn’t be happier with this product
