La tapa no cierra bien y se metÃa el agua (vapor) a la mezcla mientras se cocinaba, lo intenté en la cocina y en el horno y la verdad el no me gustó el resultado

A simple stainless steel pan for many uses. Good for making flan and other variety of baked good. Safe for oven use. Pot is nicely shaped though it does feel thinner than I'd like. It can be bent if too much pressure is applied. Lid fits nice and tight. Locks work well to hold lid in place.

What caught my eye about this pan is the fact you can cook more than just flan in it. I like that. Sometimes I want to use my instapot, but do not need to utilize the entire size of my 6 quart pot. This also was a tight fit for my insta pot, but it still worked. After cooking you have a locking lid you can deliver hot food with! The stainless steel helped to cook evenly and keep items warm. I am working my way up to flan!
