I wanted to get my wife something useful for here in the North-East to warm up her 2007 Honda CR-V for her birthday.Package came quickly and securely in box. Directions were a little vague, but some online videos helped complete the install. I like that it came with a little plastic pry tool and the module had a bracket to use small screws to mount. I personally used two Velcro pieces on back of module to mount on the side panel next to driver side right foot.Plug-ins were easy enough to figure out with help from directions and were snug and secure.Programming was pretty easy to do with help from directions/videos online.There was not a lot of room to run the plugs under steering wheel shroud as it's kind of crammed already but I ran it down toward the bottom of the lower shroud after some maneuvering.Securing everything and running wires took more time than actually installing and testing before putting everything back together.Car starts right up and remote works to unlock door while running the car on the remote starter. Just get in turn the key to run (without trying to fully start obviously don't want to do damage to flywheel or starter LOL).Lock button 3 times will start the car and also turn car off hitting lock 3 times again.Highly Recommend 10/10 because it is well priced, well made, easy to install, and user friendly.Just remember to set your temperature controls to where you want them to be for the next time you use your remote starter!

It works great! Easy to install. The hardest part is finding a spot to get it to tuck neatly under the covers in the steering column. We had the least amount of wire in there and it was still bulky for the cover to fit right in. Most of the videos of "how to install" don't show them putting it back together and i figured out why.Other than that, with the cold weather my car had the chill taken off right before I got in which was super nice. I would recommend.

This was super easy to install with easy to understand clear instructions. As advertised, works perfectly with 3 pushes of the lock button on the existing key! I am very impressed with this product, so I ordered one for another vehicle!

Installed it last night. Install and setup was easy. The directions are not very clear about where to mount the little box.

If these existed 20 years ago, it would have changed the auto start industry! Ecstatic that they are now available. Took literally 20 minutes start to finish on an 07 Honda CR-V. Would have taken almost an hour and a half for the old style auto starts which required tapping into SEVERAL wires. A plus!

A great addition to an older vehicle. With the plug and play dongle, it was a very quick install. I was able to get it wired in in It was a bit more of a challenge to figure out where to put the unit. I ended up securing it behind the new screen I had just installed. Curious as to where other's have it installed.Putting everything back together took a bit of effort as there's very little space in under the steering wheel.Overall, quite happy with it!

good product, we installed it on a Honda crv...be careful because!!!!but the only detail is that the truck already had problems with the car's opening and closing locks and after installing this device it made the problem bigger.The remote works by pressing the car lock button 3 times, which means that the car is locked 3 times. The mechanic said that this uses up the car lock, so now I use the remote very little, only when necessary, the bad thing is We are already in winter and I thought I could use it more often.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the remote starter. It arrived before the ESTD.The installation took around 15 minutes. Very easy module programming. It only took me a bit longer to put the steering column back together due to the extra harness. But it is doable.It works like charm. No wire cutting or taping. It is connected to the OEM wiring plugs.
