Very useful product for home owners when they want to put holes on the walls. This stub finder can detect metal, wires, pipelines, etc... It comes with an LCD display and sound alarm, which can detect the exact location of the objects. When finding the objects, the intensity of the beeping tells whether you are more close to the target. Mu husband had have only used this on one job to mount a television on the wall. It found the stud, our new TV was hung. It did the job and no complaints.
