I was wanting more of a signaling device under water and this doesn't really make a sound, makes more of a vibration.

Probably works great on the surface, underwater, not so much. Yes, now I know it's not for underwater signaling.

I ordered the noise maker and it did not (lock) on my inflator hose on my BCD. Some of their valves dose not perform as expected and the whole thing is a waste of money. Also it dose not work under water. It work only above water.

Not very loud. Probably the worst one I’ve heard. Works intermittently, not very reliable.
