I bought this traditional thermometer and a digital one to try and make suagr wax but I cant get the consistency right no matter which I use. Maybe I'm not making a big enough batch to give me am accurate reading and it's too close to the metal of the pot, so its reading hotter than it actually is. Idk. But it works well to measure the temp of other things I guess.

Rubber tip, clip doesn't fit well on ridged edges of pan more for straight edge pan, it read well like that I could see bigger numbers it's more clear except when it fogs some but cleared it off with paper...got job done with lollipop for grandson he loves em!

I was happy at first but on my first use as I put it in my candy I hear a crack sound sure enough it was cracked not happy not I have to find another one

J ai reçu ce thermomètre le 16 mars. Je les utiliser 5-6 fois et l humidité est dedans et n arrive plus à sortir. L indicateur pour la température ne monte pas plus haut que 100 degrés. Pour ma part je suis vraiment déçu
