This spice grinder is so convenient, and I think it’s fun to use! The grinder portion does a great job with a consistent and even grind. I’ve had no issues with clogging. The best part, and the real selling point of this grinder, is the ease of the dispenser. No mess, easy to get just the amount you want, and it’s fun & interactive (at least for me, who is easily amused). I can’t speak to the longevity of the product as I’ve only had it for 4 months, but it’s functioned well the entire time I’ve had it.

As a chef, I'll be honest, I was disappointed with this when I first got it.It seemed so plain and unexciting by comparison to the 3 or 4 other solutions for grinding spices into small tubes, but it has absolutely been the best. It takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, a chopstick to push the spices down in the tubes, or you can use it to put them directly into any kind of small jar or bowl. You can grind and put spices into little tubes in a matter of 30 seconds once you get the hang of it.Honestly, take the time to get comfortable with it and this is a super portable, super convenient little device for all kinds of on-the-go spice grinding needs.

Decent grinder. The “auto†part is a vibrating movement that is supposed to “dribble†out my grinded weed. But it’s more like a salad shooter loaded with Play Doh. Do not recommend.

Great for filling cones, bowls and more.Get crazy and grind up some cloves and mix with tobacco for clove cigarettes. My friend suggested that and it sounded interesting but I don't smoke but cigars occasionally.The cons for me are: The rim of the grinder is thick so material cakes on top so it doesn't close perfectly all the time, until you scrape it. However, it is aluminum and that's not safe for some applications. Like smokers shouldn't get aluminum shavings in their material because it's linked to dementia or Alzheimer's.So it would be helpful if they included a strong plastic razor to scrape it I suppose you could use a card or something if you sharpen it.Had it for 2 years. Battery stopped holding a charge. It might have gotten wet. I'm not sure.

As a smoker of many years and upgraded in grinders i thought this would be next step up but its average and over priced.Pros: It’s pretty, rechargeable and has a neat flip/close feature.Cons: takes time and patience to work as intended. Niether flip/close feature locks into place and needs to be held. If it had a blade inside below the upper grinding chamber it would make more sense. The only reason it needs a charge is to light up and vibrate.It works great if you don’t mind taking your time grinding a bunch up and using the spout to fill your wrap. Otherwise i use a spice to grind up an ounce and it only takes minutes. Grab some cones, a small funnel and boom.Personally, i wouldn’t recommend this for this for the beginner but for thr advanced smoker with a niche need. It could use some redesigning before it’s appealing to a larger audience.

The Tectonic is a normal, but high quality grinder that also has a cool automatic dispensing feature. You operate it like you would normally use a grinder, but the material then drops into a secured chamber that you can see with the side window. You open up the sprout and push the button, and then your material automatically dispenses. This does not grinder the material for you, you still have to grind it yourself. However the grind is high quality and produces fluffy ground material.I liked the automatic dispensing as it didn't make a mess like a normal grinder. Great value, as I saw a number of normal grinders in the same price range, and some even more money, but without the cool features that the Tectonic9 has. Would recommend if your looking for a high quality grinder that also had some pretty cool and useful features not seen elsewhere.

Es perfecto para moler, y excelente para poder llenar una pipa o una sábana ya que tiene una pequeña ventana que facilita el depósito. Es bastante caro, pero no me arrepiento de haberlo comprado.

Not really a good purpose for this. The electronic part just spits out the ground herb (which you grind manually) at an extremely slow speed. It is very loud too

Agree with other reviewers. Concept is great, execution leaves a lot to be desired. First off, its a HAND GRINDER. A well built one to be sure, but thats a 10-20 dollar item. The gimmick of the dispenser spout is a vibrating second chamber (which is filled up with your hand-ground herb) that lights up and vibrates the herb out the spout and into whatever you want. I would have kept it just for that cool-looking feature…but unfortunately, that’s the part that doesn’t work very well…barely spit a bit of herb out, even after shaking and tapping. And my herb was dry…not sticky at all. Disappointing…I bought 2 of them as one was to be a XMas gift. Glad I tried mine before I gifted. That would have been embarrassing.
