We have a commercial garage door and the safety eye reflector broke. Normal commercial repair would be $300 in labor to drive out and replace. This works perfectly

My older reflector (costing more) would not work even with slight drizzle, had to go clean the surface for my sliding gate to close. This one is much better, no such issue even in rain. It's been only few weeks, so will have to see how they hold up long term.

This is just a cheap 3" reflector like you would attach to a trailer, and by visual inspection it is obvious that some areas of the reflector are internally damaged and/or not as reflective as they should be. It will probably work for what you need, but I found better 3" reflectors at a lower price in the automotive section of my local grocery.
