I've been using this controller for several months now in a filament drying/ storage cabinet I built.Very easy to set up and understand, even took a huge electrical surge that fried some other equipment.Extremely satisfied with this unit.

I bought one of there’s about 6 months ago for an experimental mushroom grow chamber. I have the temp hooked to power a deep freezer. On the humidity side I have an ultrasonic humidifier with a computer fan and a UV light. After running perfectly for some time I started noticing the wires getting really hot. It turns out I was pulling too much power through the unit. I am now using waiting to receive the new unit and will power through relays. I believe this needs to be added in the description information for people like me who are far from electric smart.

Inaccurate, even after trying to calibrate and recalibrate. And on top of all that, it failed after a couple of weeks with humidity giving a "- L -" error on screen that I have not been able to find any reference for anywhere in the manual nor online nor anywhere. Not even worth the cheap 22$ it is listed for

As advertised, the outputs are 120VAC, driven through a relay, so if you don't don't know what you're doing, this might not be for you. I do, and it all hooked up as expected, and the UI worked as explained in the manual -- although took some patience. The humidity sensing did give me some trouble -- it was obviously reading very high, about 15% high, as a matter of fact. I'm familiar with these sensors, and they are pretty accurate, so I was pretty bummed. Then I found the calibration mode, entered it, and it was set at +15! So I set it back to zero and now it appears to be reading the correct humidity. I still can't vouch for the accuracy, but I'm pretty happy!

This thing is amazing technology! I haven’t used it very much but this thing is awesome for the price. If this thing is durable I will be buying more of these for sure. This item does require some electrician skills and you need to make sure you know what you’re doing before you hook this thing up.

It does the job. I wish it could handle more current, since it's a direct power controller, but I knew it's capacity going in so I have to wire in power relays. It would be nice if you could wire directly to the controller also, the leads are short and only 18 gauge. Even using temp and humidity appliances with only a 5A load each, if both are running then that's 10A coming through the (18ga) line wires. My advice, use discretion, and relays. But, all in all I am satisfied with the product.
