I've had three of these tofu presses for a few months now. Here's my take after processing many pieces of tofu through them:The price is reasonable compared to other models I looked at. The drainage holes are sufficient, but definitely takes a bit longer than a more expensive spring loaded press that I also own. They're built solid. I definitely don't have any complaints concerning quality. They're easy to use and they actually accept larger pieces of tofu than my more expensive press. The only real ding I can give this press is that unlike a spring loaded version that applies continuous pressure, this corkscrew design requires you to go back a tighten them as the water drains. This may be a positive for some considering you can basically dial in the perfect amount of water retention but to me, I like as much water drained as possible so I find this feature a bit cumbersome. I'm still leaving these a five star since this is obviously noted in the product description. Just be aware of this if you like your tofu as dry as possible.

I like the design in general. It is sturdy and cleans up well. It is moderately easy to use. I say moderately because you have to use some force when turning the knob. The size is perfect for a block of tofu.

This tofu press is incredibly easy to use and clean. It's the perfect size for a standard block of tofu and is very effective in extracting water. The lid snaps on tightly and the vent holes allow you to easily pour out the water without having to mess with opening and reclosing the lid. It's very well designed and is made of durable plastic. It's a definite must have if you enjoy crispy air fryer tofu!!

This first time I used this it was great. I like that it is enclosed and it goes easily in the refrigerator. The problem I have is with the spring under the basket. The first time it worked. The second time, it doesn't apply any resistance so the basket sits down on the bottom with little room for the liquid to accumulate. I don't understand why the spring would work only one time.

For being around half the price of other tofu presses, this is an awesome item. Even regardless of the price, this is really good. However, there are some minor flaws with the design. Overall, this item is worth the buy, but a mild issue to me could be a major grievance to someone else.Pros:- Cheap.- Functional.- Can adjust the pressing strength with the turn of a dial. Many other presses give little no control, leading worse pressing power or broken tofu.- Durable construction (so far).- Drain holes to get rid of water without interrupting the press...Cons:- Too many parts. There are 4 parts (5 if you count the spring). Rinsing these things should be easy and quick enough, but some people dont like having so many pieces.- The distance between the tofu basket and the water collection section is somewhat close. Sometimes, the water level will rise high enough to soak back into the tofu if it is not emptied.- The spring sits in the water. Idk if the spring will rust, but im not looking forward to finding out.- Getting the tofu out is not intuitive. The pressing plate sticks to the tofu, with no handles to peel it off. If you just flip the tofu basket upside down, yes you will get the tofu out, but the plate is now underneath the tofu block, and you have to flip it again.- Drain holes to get rid of water without interrupting the press... can cause spills.

It just arrived. Product is defective. The dial will not turn. I called to return it! I am so disappointed cause I heard this was a good one. I am wondering if this was a return and sent to me. I wanted to get in touch with the seller but alas this purchase doesn't allow me to contact them regarding their defective item. I wanted a straight exchange but alas I could only return it. It is now about $10.00 more than I paid which is upsetting so I will not be reordering it! All in all a very disappointing birthday gift to myself.
