Solar Power Supported

Smart Chip
- The “auto-close” function ultimately secures the property after you leave.
- Our unique feature “midway mode” allows the gate to open only a few feet for the coming vehicles.
- Stops in case of obstruction during gate opening, and reverses in case of obstruction during gate closing. Adjust the stall force to get your desired open / close obstruction sensitivity. Higher stall force level, lower obstruction sensitivity.
- Soft start and soft stop ensure a long-lasting performance.
- The above modules can be adjusted on the smart control panel directly.
Simple Setting
- The intelligent control board enables you to switch the open / close direction easily. Your gate is allowed to open toward left or right.

TOPENS Remote Control

Power Mode 1 - Batteries as main power source, use only solar panel & solar charge controller to charge the batteries
- Recommended in remote location such as farm, ranch, pasture, etc.
- Requires additional 24V 12Ah Automotive / Marine type battery (Battery is NOT included).
- 2 pcs 12V batteries connected in series for 24V.
Power Mode 2 – By 110V-120VAC electricity and back-up batteries, use the AC electricity, solar panel & solar charge controller together to charge the batteries
- Recommended where AC electricity is accessible, but not stable.
- The power supply cord is included.
- The specification of the power supply cord is 3C x 18AWG (3 x 0.75mm2).
- Connect the live wire, neutral wire and earth wire to the “L”, “N” and “PE” terminal respectively.

Great package with all information you need. I ordered 2 small batteries and an electrical box to house them near the solar panels. I had to mount the motor assembly above ground level to prevent flooding issues in my neighborhood. Gate is very quiet and moves quickly. There are many programming options for start, stop, close timing. I did add an optional keypad to mount next to gate.It's been operational for over a month and no issues.

Gate opener failed after 3 1/2 months. Phone support sends you in a continuing circle of recordings. Email support slow to respond. Have not shipped warranty part out and it has been 12 days since approved. That took 3 days of emails back and forth. Recommend a different brand.UPDATE. I finally got the replacement part. Gate worked for a few days, then failed. Did the email back and forth, testing performed and replaced the parts they sent me. Gate worked for a few days before failing AGAIN.UPDATE. I have had several problems with gate motor and have done the requested testing several times. I have already replaced 2 replacement parts they sent me after I performed the requested tests. The gate is closing but keeps running and not reversing....damaged my gate a bit. I have over 8 hours of frustration doing tests, sending emails, replacing parts....I RECOMMEND LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT BRAND AS I CANNOT GET THE GATE TO WORK PROPERLY OR A REPLACEMENT ASSEMBLY. IT IS VERY, VERY POOR QUALITY FOR THE PRICE.UPDATE. The warranty is test this, test that. Off to the dump. Wasted over $700 dollars on this brand. About $5 per use. Not to mention the wasted hours of troubleshooting defective parts.

Bought and Installed TOPENS slider gate opener. Everything worked perfectly until soft stop stopped working correctly. Didn’t think much about it for over a year until I realized the sudden stopping was wearing out the teeth on the track. Called TOPENS explained problem with opener and they gave me some troubleshooting to try out with no success. TOPENS determined it was my control board and sent one out free of charge over six months out of warranty. Everything works perfect now and I was amazed how they stood behind their product and took care of the customer.

Fantastic gate opener. I have a 12 foot gate (metal and composite) which around 1000 pound and this little thing has no problems with that weight. Love the soft close and the remotes work from 200 yards away.Have not installed the solar panels yet as I am waiting for batteries, but I am very impressed with this little thing so far. You can hear it operating but my modern garage door opener makes more noise.Didn't realize initially that the racks have a metal rod inside of them (which is great for longevity and also explains the weight), so keep that in mind when cutting them.

After 2 years of dealing with a conventional bicycle chain door opener that would break every 4 months because we live at the beach, I decided to try the Topens solar, battery, plug in opener. I am so impressed. I installed it myself using the provided instructions and the available installation video in about 3 hours. The rail will not rust because it is sealed with very durable plastic. This is truly an amazing gate opener. I highly recommend it.UPDATE: After 1 year the gate has worked perfect with never a malfunction. Highly recommended!
