AC Electricity Powered
- RK1100T Gate Opener is ONLY powered by 110-120VAC electricity.
- The power supply cord is included.
- The specification of the power supply cord is 3C x 18AWG (3 x 0.75mm2). Connect the live wire and neutral wire to the “L” (1) and “N” (2) terminal respectively; and connect the earth wire to “PE”.
- TOPENS DK1000S, DKR/DKC series solar sliding gate openers are recommended if you want to power the gate by batteries and solar system.
NOTE: The tiny CR2025 3V button cell batteries that come with the package are ONLY for the remote control.

Smart Chip
- The “auto-close” function ultimately secures the property after you leave.
- Our unique feature “midway mode” allows the gate to open only a few feet for the coming vehicles.
- Stops in case of obstruction during gate opening, and reverses in case of obstruction during gate closing. Adjust the stall force to get your desired open and close obstruction sensitivity. Higher stall force level, lower obstruction sensitivity.
- The above modules can be adjusted on the smart control panel directly.
Simple Setting
- The intelligent control board enables you to switch the open / close direction easily. Your gate is allowed to open toward left or right.

I bought the Topens.gate opener during the earlier part.of 2024 and had it installed. Shortly after the door opener began operating haphazardly and finally stopped working altogether. A technician checked it and confirmed that the control board was faulty. I immediately contacted Topens with the problem and got a surprisingly quick response from agent Nancy, who offered troubleshooting solutions but when advised the issue was indeed the control board, she immediately sent me a replacement board.After.the control board was installed, the limit switch also proved to be faulty as the gate would run past the stop points during operation. This was frustrating to say the least, but once again my Topens agent Nancy reassured me that the product was still under warranty and she would send me the replacement part. That she did! The switch was installed and the gate is now working properly.Albeit the product was still under warranty, it was the genuine interest, care and excellent customer service provided by my Topens agent Nancy that has caused me to have faith in the brand. In fact, one of friends who recently bought the Topens gate opener, said my experience with Topens has given him peace of mind because should he have any issues after he installs his device because Topens will be there to offer him the support he needs.

The opener is excellent. It is smooth and silent. All came in the package, the intructions easy to follow. I got an issue with the control board and the customer Services responded and shipped it in a couple days.

This product works really well, and in my non-standard use in a roll-off-roof observatory, with careful installation it works really well on my 16x12 foot shed roof. Updated Review July 2024 - Customer support is amazing and I was very impressed! I had a problem with my motor due to an electric short after the mains cable wore through - caused by installation in an unusual orientation. I contacted TOPENS Customer service and they have been more than helpful. I got an email response daily with informative engineering guide to fully test which exact component had failed. I fed back test details to them and this resulted in them shipping me a brand new control board at no cost to me via Fedex. I am thrilled with their support, and they really mean it when they say they cover their equipment! Really top class!I used this for a roll-off roof observatory - installing it sideways. Needed small modifications, such as taking off one side of the protective guard for the gear (very easy to saw off), and move the magnetic sensor outside the unit and onto the wall of the observatory, using extra #22 gauge wire. It all works well. I also added a voltage reducer to lessen the impact of the motor when it kicks in.

El servicio al cliente es de primera categorÃa, pero el producto son solo materiales baratos que se venden a precio completo. El engranaje está hecho de metal, pero el riel está hecho de plástico barato... por lo que se siguen rompiendo con el tiempo. No vale el precio.
