Water Supply Hose
Faucet comes with 2pcs 16 inch water hose. Blue one for cold water, red one for hot water.
The connector thread size is 1/2"-3/8" which is suitable for North American.
Pay Attention
Please note that part 1 should connect to water mixer valve and part 2 should connect to mixing water hose.
Do not install the 2 parts upside down.
- Part 1 is water inlet
- Part 2 is water outlet
Faucet installation Steps
- Connect mixing water hose and mounting stem to the faucet bottom
- Use the rubber ring,horseshoe sheet and nuit to fix faucet on the deck
- Open battery box and put batteries inside,fix control box to the wall
- Install hot and cold mixer valve
- Connect mixing water pipe to the control box
- Connect the conmmand transmission line
- Connect cold and hot water inlet pipe

Faucet was a good price at $47 and came with a drain stop.Drain piece was huge, fits my bathtub drain but not my sink. Unit went in okay, but it leaks a little from the water connection, even with nuts fully tightened and additional materials. It doesn’t have a temp control, but that’s not the problem.It goes off constantly.Unfortunately, adjusting the sensitivity is only possible pre-installation. I would have to dissemble it, assemble it, test it, and repeat to get it right.It’ll stay for now. We’ll see what the water bill is like.

I purchased close to 40 of these faucets and we are starting to have problems with them and getting no response from the seller SML Products. That is why I am updating my feedback about the product and seller. Seller does not respond and you can't even get parts for the faucets. Don't buy from this seller or this product. The product we received were UpScalet faucets. They looked exactly like the other brand.... if you need to buy do it with caution and purchase the extra warranty.

This faucet cost about half what a Moen faucet would cost. The quality of the hoses and box to house the battery and mixer and the faucet itself were excellent. My only complaint is the hoses between the mixer and the faucet could have been longer to give me more option on where to install the mixer and have easy access to the batteries. Other than that, the faucet has been in service for more than a month without any problems showing up.

Length of the connectors are too short. I made it work, had to mount the junction at 45 degree angle. The feed line to the sink needed a lot of plumbers tape at the unit also.

Going touchless is easy with this unit. The instructions are straight forward. The hot and cold are marked by color and all of the hoses needed are included. Just make sure you can reach the battery unit after the install so you can change the batteries.

The motion sensor works well once you figure out exactly where to place your hands. There are no nobs to adjust water temperature. It's like using a public restroom. Kids won't get burned from water that is too hot.
