It's firm but still soft in the surface for comfort. This is great if you don't have the time or effort to rub your feet. It was built well and worth every penny way more stable than a tennis ball.

I first tried this product during my times going to physical therapy and I had to purchase one for myself for my plantar fasciitis. I really like this foot roller. It is easy to use and helpful to my feet after a long day of wearing shoes and walking/other activities. It rolls easy and feels pretty durable. I use it almost every day.

This was way too soft to get a good massage. I recommend using a lacrosse ball instead

The packaging suggests it was already used and sent back. It doesn’t effect the functionality, but at the very least, there should be informed consent that you’re not receiving a new item in its original packaging, that way you can either agree and receive it at a discounted price or disagree and pay full price because you’re doing some last minute gift shopping and that already opened packaging resealed with shipping tape just ain’t it for the occasion.

The original version of this roller is great, my physical therapist has one. It is very well made, it has red material around it rather than the foam of this new one. In theory this is a great roller, one of the best on the market. However the manufacturer chooses to make the new ones out of weak plastic. After a month or two they all break in half and are obviously useless.If they would just go back to the original, it would be great. As is, this new roller will fail very soon. The company knows about it, I emailed them and they were nice enough to send a new one. That new one failed soon too. I use it as directed, I don't actually put much weight on it, but using it daily will break it very soon.
