About the same range as original m.m. , g.t.o. gate remote. Obviously quality and longevity could be an issue. But they work just fine for now. Be aware, if you are replacing an existing remote and using the same dip positions the numbers on the new remote dip panel are on the bottom of the dip panel not the top as the gto remote. Use the +,0,- symbols on the dip panel to set the code not the numbers and you will be fine. Be safe out there and God bless.

At this price point there is no reason to not have a gate controller everyware you need one. They work great and have a nice range.
